Our Culinary Team has made it their mission to bring in the Freshest and Healthy ingredients to help give you the strength for the day. We want to make sure when ordering for Dinner you won't be hungry in an hour. The goal is to keep you feeling full, not stuffed.

Our Chefs have trained with the best of the best. Resort, High End and Corporate style catering trained chefs are making your bowls. We have always taken training seriously and want to make sure our meals are always consistent.

Protein and Poke is all about Healthy ways to refuel after you work out or just do not want to feel bloated after a meal. Our protein bowls have been designed by our chef to create a fresh healthy option for your lunch or dinner. We have combined the protein and poke bowl concept to make it easier for the family or office to order from one place. Don’t eat meat or fish? We can make a vegetarian bowl for you no problem. Chef Favorite is the Hawaiian Tuna Poke Bowl Ahi Tuna, Sushi Rice, Seaweed Salad, Scallions, Sesame Seeds, Nori Ponzu Poke Sauce, Sriracha Aioli.
We offer takeout and delivery options along with catering. The catering can be pre-made bowls if you want to make it simple or our chefs can set up a build your own bowl bar. We bring all the ingredients (Both Hot and Cold) for your guests to build their own bowls. We also have a food truck experience just inquire via email for pricing.
